I am Georgi.
An author and yoga teacher. My path towards working with the body has taken me through fitness and bodybuilding, yoga, massage and the wish to understand the relationship between movement and personal experience more deeply.
2013 · FIRST ENCOUNTERS
Yoga and massage.
This was the beginning of a direction that gradually connected physical practice with paying attention to myself.
SINCE 2015 · SHARED PRACTICE
Working with people.
My experience of group practice includes Functional Vinyasa, Hatha, flexibility, breathing, Yoga Nidra and sound practices with Tibetan bowls and a gong.
TRAINING & EXPLORATION
Continuing to learn.
I have completed training in yoga, Thai massage, chiropractic, osteopathy and applied kinesiology. These different perspectives are part of the experience I bring to my practice and writing.
