Where does persuasion end and the substitution of someone’s choice begin? How does a request turn into pressure? What happens when trust is used as a means?
Alchemy of Manipulation brings together this direction of my exploration as an author. “30 Manipulation Techniques” is a working title in the same direction; its final role follows the development of the manuscript.
Recognising a pattern is a beginning. After it come questions of clear consent, refusal, responsibility and the possibility of changing your participation in a relationship.
