Trigger Point Self-Massage

Natural cork. You choose the pressure.

Trigger Point Self-Massage — English cover and product presentation
Original product design with English cover lettering.

My guide to trigger point self-massage is part of Heal Yourself, Heal the Planet. It complements the tools for working with the body through personal practice and attention to how pressure feels.

The physical cork kit includes a roller, two balls of different sizes, a double ball (peanut tool) and a storage bag. The guide is a separate publication, offered in the format stated with each specific offer.

A starting point for independent practice, people who train and people with busy daily lives. Natural material. You choose the pressure.

Self-massage and musculoskeletal balance complement each other: practical sensation and an understanding of movement. For an injury or medical condition, discuss suitable techniques with a qualified professional.

This international catalogue focuses on books in digital form. Physical kit delivery and print-on-demand availability are confirmed separately.

IN YOUR DAILY LIFE

Self-massage, wherever you are.

Explore different moments for practice: at home, after movement or as a gift for someone close.

At home, at your own pace: on the living-room carpet with your favourite programme, or on the sofa with a book and a ball under your foot. Find a comfortable place and take time for your own sensations. The guide helps you check the position and sequence.

After movement, at your own pace: give attention to the small areas too. The roller and balls offer different ways to include self-massage in personal practice, from the back and legs to the forearms. You choose the pace and pressure.

A gift with a place in daily life: four natural cork tools, a bag and a guide in your chosen format.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

From fitness and yoga to the practice of self-massage.

My name is Georgi Ranchev. My path towards working with the body has taken me through fitness and bodybuilding, yoga and massage. I encountered yoga and massage in 2013, and I have led group yoga practice since 2015.

I completed training in yoga, Thai and classical massage, chiropractic, osteopathy and applied kinesiology. Personal practice and working with people directed me towards the relationship between stretching, strengthening the muscles and massage techniques.

I created the kit to combine self-massage tools with a practical guide. In the guide I bring together my personal experience, photographs and directions for working with the cork tools: material to return to at your own pace.
